Forum member just2good from Toys N Bricks has just reported that at his local Target store they are selling reservation cards for LEGO City Undercover for $1.00. The reservation cards include a Chase McCain minifigure that are unique to this promotion. Purchasing the game once it's released however, is not necessary.However if you do choose to purchase the game as well (once it's released), you will receive a free $5 Target gift voucher to spend.
Unfortunately, there has been no sign of them appearing at other stores in the United Kingdom.
