To celebrate its 80th anniversary LEGO will be running a promotion at shop.lego.com whereby with every purchase of £50 or more you will receive a free LEGO cake. Also, to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of LEGO, and to teach the fans of LEGO of its history, The LEGO Group has just released a 17 minute animation depicting the beginning of LEGO in 1932 all the way up to present day.
