9509 Star Wars Advent Calendar and 4428 City Advent Calendar 2012 are now available for pre-order from Amazon.com in the US. Both sets will be dispatched and released on 1st September, 2012. Unfortunately, LEGO has raised the RRP for the christmas sets again as the City Advent Calendar is now $39.99 and the Star Wars Advent Calendar is now $49.99.
